Objectives:
The overall objective of WP4 is to develop IT based decision-making and risk assessment tools for the end-user of STARTEC. The proposed web-based application will follow the model-view-controller (MVC) architecture paradigm in order to ensure a high quality and extensibility of the STARTEC software that is usable on a wide variety of platforms (PCs, tablets and smartphones).
