T7.3 The STARTEC stakeholder database will be initiated at the outset of the project to be divided by project country and sector, as follows: SME food producers, large food companies, food equipment and packaging suppliers, food safety agencies; research institutes, academic institutes; policy makers, regulatory authorities; research funding agencies; media operators; food analysis laboratories; certification bodies; and food related EU or international projects. This database will be established and maintained by HRES, hosted on the project intranet, and inputs provided on a quarterly or more frequent basis by all partners.

T7.4 Appropriate interactive communication protocols and tools will be selected based on their appropriateness to the target recipient. All classic and new options will be enabled: leaflets, electronic newsletters; video, podcast, Twitter, RSS News Feeds, blogs, PDF, PowerPoint, TV or Radio interviews etc.

T7.5 The project website established in WP8 will be maintained and updated (intra-net and public) to enable real time internal project communication and public information about the project.
